1 Cp. Creamy Peanut Butter
1 Cp. Sugar
1 Extra Large Egg
1 Cp. Rough Chopped Walnuts**
3/4 Cup Schokinag Chocolate Chips**
Preheat oven to 350. In a medium bowl, combine the ingredients & beat by hand with a wooden spoon.
Line cookie sheets with parchment paper**. Drop 1 heaping tsp. of dough, rolled into a ball on the parchment lined cookie sheet. With the tines of a fork, press down to flatten and form a pattern. Cookies will not spread during baking. Bake 10 - 12 mins. Remove to cooling racks and stay away from them until thoroughly cool! They taste better. Yield: 2 1/2 dozen
